If there is one thing that I go overboard within the summer, its lemonade! To me its the perfect summer drink, and its so refreshing. With making school decisions, transitioning back into work, Darrick working a crazy shift I created a Strawberry Lemonade Cooler. It can be made two ways (non-alcoholic or alcoholic), its delicious either way, but I suggest for the rest of the summer you keep the items on hand when you need to make yourself a Lemonade Cooler. I made a Strawberry Lemonade Cooler, however, this recipe can be made with any type of fruit that you like to have in your lemonade.
Y’all last week was rough! This week has been a lot better, but its been pretty busy! I’m thankful that its been busy because it leaves me less time to sit and be with my thoughts about what is currently going with the schools and going back to work. Even with the uncertainty of this time at home, our time together at home has been such a blessing! Definitely a time that my family won’t ever forget! We have spruced up our home, played games, tried recipes (some worked, some didn’t…and one came out SUPER salty LOL), we have had dance parties, family style meals, meals that consists of everyone picking one food and adding it to the menu.
Today was one of my last days working from home, and when I finished I had a Strawberry Lemonade Cooler. This is an easy fun drink that can be made quickly and enjoyed!
Strawberry Lemonade Cooler

- 2 oz Lemoncello

If you love lemonade like I do, I highly suggest you try out this cooler! You can also make it with other fruit; peaches, blueberry, raspberry, limes, or strictly lemons. It will definitely work with any other fruit…next, on my list are peaches!
