I am LOVING being an Ambassador for The Patchery! I never knew designing kids clothes could be so much fun! This time when I designed a couple of outfits I challenged myself to step out of the box with my designs. I felt like I played it safe with my last designs so this time I wanted to use more patterns with my designs…
One of my first designs this time around was the Playdate Romper…
When I say the Playdate Romper has to be one FAVORITE outfits for Emma from The Patchery that she hasn’t worn yet…OMG I am totally in love with this romper!!!
The quality of the material is EXCELLENT, I’m not sure if I want Emma to wear this for a special occasion or for a play date. I think I may cry if she gets it dirty during a play date! So I think I may keep it for a semi-dress up occasion. It can be dressed up or dressed down…but I do know she is dying to wear it because every-time she sees it she asks about it but its been pretty cold here in Cleveland so we haven’t had chance to put on shorts just yet!
I picked the pattern from the Fabric Collection Rosing Estate…I picked the Pigs and Blackberries as the primary part of the outfit and I’m so pleased with the results! The back of the romper is a solid navy blue (I didnt want to get carried away with patters…but I could totally see myself headed in that direction) I actually want to order something else with the same pattern because its so cute! I even had adults asking if there was a way to get this in their size when I shared it on Instagram; I’m all for Mommy Twinning so if there was a way to get a shirt or something with the same pattern I would totally be here for it because I absolutely love the pattern and the romper in general!
