Berry Lemon Peach Ice Tea Popsicles

Equipment

  • You will need 2 Popsicles Molds

Ingredients

  • 3 tea bags
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 peaches slices
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup / 80 ml / 2.7 oz sugar cane syrup
  • 1 cup / 250 ml / 8.4 oz cold water

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add tea bag then leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, roll 4 lemons on a hard surface with your palm. It will help to make the lemons juicier. Cut lemons in half. Put a strainer on a medium bowl then squeeze lemons.
  • Pour lemon juice, syrup, tea, and water in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon.
  • Prepare popsicles mold. Divide peaches sliced, pomegranate seeds, and berries equally in each mold. Pour ice tea in each mold.
  • Freeze overnight before serving.
