Place pork roast into the instant pot. I add a little bit of seasoning: sea salt, garlic, and cracked black pepper (not a lot)!
Pour in a 1/2 cup of Coca-Cola.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the vent to seal & cook on manual for 65 minutes (high pressure).
Once the pork roast is done cooking, natural release for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and shred the pork (raking through the meat with a fork usually does the trick)
Stir in the bbq sauce of your choice (we used Sweet Baby Ray's)
Serve on hamburger buns and top with coleslaw.
