This past weekend my family and I participated in the 9th Annual Diversity Walk, Rock & Run! The walk was a 5K walk, and it started at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! This was our first time participating in a 5K walk...and it was SOOOO MUCH FUN!!!
Before the walk started I decided it was a perfect time to take pictures!
My Niece Solana and I
Darrick (the fiance') and I...we decided to wear our Browns Gear for the Walk. Someone stopped Darrick and asked him if he played for the Browns (he gets this all the time), because he noticed that we had on Cleveland Browns gear.
This was my first time wearing my Browns Breast Cancer Awareness Jacket (I stalked this jacket on NFLshop.com) until it was almost half off!
Solana and I again...
Terminal Tower (was once the tallest building in Cleveland)
Mommy and Daddy
My sister Carlyce and her husband Fernando
Solana and her Ma Ma (Grandmother)
The pretty tulips around the City Court House
Free Stamp (landmark in Cleveland)
Jesse Owens Statue
All the Walkers!!!
After going through all of my pictures and uploading them on the computer, I realized that I didn't take any pictures on Mother's Day or Saturday night!
Saturday night Darrick and I attended a birthday party for my friend Robyn (pictured below), I stole this picture from her Husband's Facebook page (dont tell anyone)! LOL!
We only were able to stay at the party for a short time because my Brother-In Law was having a Fight Party. It was a big boxing match on Saturday night, and honestly I like everyone getting together but I'm not much of a boxing fan! However, Darrick had to attend two birthday parties for my friends, so I had to make sure he got
On Mother's Day we attended church, then afterwards we went over my sister's house because they were cooking on the grill. We brought Darrick's dog Mia (American Bulldog) over there with us for the kids to play with, and they had a ball! Mia probably doesn't need anymore snacks for the rest of the month, my niece kept feeding them to her! LOL! After we left my sister's house, we went over Darrick's family house...they were cooking on the grill as well!
Needless to say, we were beat by the end of the night!
But overall this weekend was really fun and a blessing to be with family!!!
