OK so right now I am a little frustrated. My wedding coordinator referred me to a Videographer, she said that he does good work, and he is VERY reasonably priced (now I don't fault her because I know she wouldn't refer someone to me that she doesn't believe does good work)! However, this man has totally dropped the ball!
BACKGROUND INFO: when I first contacted this man it took him days to get back to me, I didn't really think anything of it though. So when we finally got it together we scheduled an appointment for last Sunday at 4pm. I called him around 2pm just to make sure everything was in order...he says Oh I thought our appointment was for next week, then he goes and checks his planner and says "Yes, we were scheduled for today". Well last week was kind of hectic, my aunts mom passed away that morning, then I had a cousin that passed away that afternoon...so I didn't mind rescheduling for this week.
So that brings us to today...the appointment is scheduled for 4pm and again I contact him at 2pm to make sure everything was in order. He says "I was just about to call you, I'm stuck at work and I wont be home when I thought I would be" so I suggest he calls me when he gets home and maybe I could still go today (however, by this time I am pissed because he is getting on my nerves with the rescheduling), so now its 2 hours after we were supposed to meet and I still haven't heard from him!!!!
He eventually called me back, however, I didn't feel the need to answer the phone...I'm pretty much done with him! So if you are in the Cleveland area and you have a reference for a Videographer that is priced pretty good please send the info this way...
