Hollywood NOW “Love Your Body Day,”
is a community celebration to promote healthy body image for women of all ages and to combat the negative portrayals of women and girls in mainstream entertainment, fashion, cosmetics, media and advertising.
This year marks the fourth year of the event and it has grown to an entire weekend of festivities. Including a launch party, comedy show, and panel discussion!
This year, Love Your Body Day will be held from the 23rd to 25th October, 2009. Admission is free and goodie bags will be given to the first 100 attendees!
